Giacomo and NEXT Contracting Group LTD did an amazing job on our patio and walkway! His attention to detail throughout the whole project was obvious, showing in the excellent results of his work. I can't say enough about what a great job he did. Very pleasant and easy to work with - always has the customer and the quality of his work at the forefront of everything he does. If you want a quality product that you will be ecstatic about, this is guy!

My wife and I (both designers) arranged an onsite consultation with Giacomo and we knew he was going to be our guy. Based on his communication skills and attitude...we hired him on the spot and are extremely satisfied with the results. If I could give Next Outdoor Projects 6/5...I would. He provided us with a mock-up rendering and a design suggestion that we instantly loved. In the photos, you can see the offset river rock strips which not only expresses visual uniqueness and layout, but also provides attention to great drainage. Always on time, great manners, steady and safe pace of work, professional tools and transportation, excellent communication (phone/text/email etc), skilled precision and proper use of building materials. Giacomo loves his work and his attention to detail and work ethic are proof of this. Having a small office at home, I was able to monitor the progress of this project along every step and can fully appreciate the labor and expertise needed to create the final product. I have heard so many horror stories and have had first hand experience with contractors that fail and are only concerned with quick turn around and profit. Well...Giacomo rocks! Giacomo did a fantastic job for our home's front and back yard. He provided us with a 3D rendering of his ideas and then consulted with us to arrive at the best solution.
